In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3. 3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your paldoph username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Paldoph will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify paldoph support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 Account Suspension. Paldoph reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that fraudulent activity is taking place, or that the security of the platform or other players is at risk.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Paldoph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at paldoph's discretion.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on paldoph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction request.
4.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds into your paldoph account from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. Paldoph reserves the right to return funds to their source and suspend the associated account where third-party funding is detected.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. Paldoph may require additional identity or payment verification before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within three (3) to five (5) business days, subject to verification requirements. Paldoph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. Paldoph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified prior to any such deduction.
5.1 Game Integrity. All games available on paldoph operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. The outcome of each game round is entirely independent of previous rounds. Paldoph does not manipulate game outcomes.
5.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, paldoph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Paldoph's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the return of the original wager will be provided.
5.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on paldoph. These limits are displayed within each game interface. Paldoph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
5.4 Collusion and Cheating. Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting systems, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage on paldoph is strictly prohibited. Paldoph employs monitoring systems to detect such activity. Accounts found to be engaged in cheating will be permanently banned and all associated funds may be forfeited.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by paldoph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your paldoph account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on paldoph and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the paldoph platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of paldoph or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
8.2 Limited License. Paldoph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any paldoph content.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not use the paldoph name, logo, or any associated branding in any manner without prior written consent from paldoph. Unauthorized use of paldoph's intellectual property may result in legal action.
9.1 Platform Availability. Paldoph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. Paldoph will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, paldoph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
9.3 Cap on Liability. Where paldoph is found liable to you under any cause of action, paldoph's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your paldoph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgment. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered on paldoph. Paldoph is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gameplay. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.
10.1 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your paldoph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.
10.2 Closure by Paldoph. Paldoph reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity is detected; (c) the player is found to be ineligible; or (d) paldoph is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your license to use the paldoph platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

Paldoph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of paldoph following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
